Millboard isn’t traditional timber or conventional composite decking. From its wood-free mineral core to its hand-colored finish and durable surface technology, every layer is engineered for long-lasting performance while recreating the natural character of real wood.




WOOD-FREE, SOLID THROUGH AND THROUGH


Solid, not hollow. The structural core is a genuine blend of natural minerals, polymer resin, and long fiber reinforcement — giving it real strength without the risk of warping or rotting over time. Being wood-free also means it's nonporous: no tannins to leach, no issue with wood-boring insects, and strong resistance to algae growth, with a slip-resistant surface built in.




HAND-COLORED FOR A NATURAL LOOK


Millboard's pigments are applied by hand in-mold, not as a surface coating that can wear away. Paired with a durable, external-grade 2K coating, boards are engineered for high UV and weathering resistance and use heat-reflecting pigments to further minimize color change over time.



BUILT TO PERFORM, ENGINEERED TO LAST


An elastomer layer on the surface resists scratches and stains and is specifically designed for outdoor use, with low slip properties underfoot. Beneath it, a closed-cell structure reduces overall weight without sacrificing strength — so it's easier to handle and install, without compromising durability.
